Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Decorum Platforms' services, including but not limited to our AI Infrastructure Readiness Audit, Quantum Value Projection Engine, and consulting services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Services Description
Decorum Platforms provides strategic AI infrastructure consulting services including:

Implementation Guidance and Advisory Services
All Services are provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding specific business outcomes. Success depends on client implementation and market conditions.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
3.1 Our IP: The Decorum Platforms methodology, including but not limited to the Seven-Dimensional Framework, Quantum Value Projection Engine, Cosmic Coherence Scoring, and all associated trademarks, are the exclusive property of Decorum Platforms.
3.2 Client Data: You retain all rights to your business data, infrastructure information, and proprietary AI models shared with us during engagements.
3.3 Deliverables: Clients receive a limited license to use audit reports and recommendations for internal business purposes only. Resale or external distribution requires written permission.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information received from the other party. We implement strict data protection protocols including encryption, access controls, and need-to-know principles. This obligation survives termination of our engagement.
5. Payment Terms
Services are billed according to agreed-upon proposals. Payment terms are net 15 days unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is less.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decorum Platforms' total liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific Services giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate engagements for material breach with 30 days written notice. Intellectual property protection and confidentiality obligations survive termination indefinitely.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Houston, Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Houston, Texas.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify clients of material changes via email or through our phone number, 346-243-8444.
